Moloco is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered creative optimization products. The role involves working at the intersection of Generative AI, machine learning, experimentation, creative intelligence, and advertising performance. Responsibilities include defining product strategy, measurement criteria, partnering with engineering and ML teams, driving product discovery, influencing stakeholders, and collaborating with go-to-market teams. The ideal candidate has experience leading ambiguous 0-to-1 product initiatives, strong product fundamentals, ability to make decisions with limited data, experience in complex technical domains, and skills in strategic alignment and customer understanding. Requirements
Track record of leading 0-to-1 or highly ambiguous product initiatives
Comfortable creating clarity and direction with limited data or no established playbook
Strong product fundamentals including customer obsession, prioritization, experimentation, metric design, decision making, and end-to-end ownership
Use data, research, customer feedback, and product judgment to make decisions
Ability to develop and communicate strong product strategy to diverse stakeholders including senior leaders and technical teams
Experience building products in technically complex domains working with engineering, machine learning, or data science teams
Experience leading strategic initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders
Energized by rapid learning and exploring new technologies, customer behaviors, and market opportunities
Ability to balance long-term vision with pragmatic execution in uncertain environments
Experience partnering with go-to-market teams on product narratives, customer education, proof-of-concepts, feedback loops, and adoption strategies
Strong customer instincts and ability to understand user workflows, motivations, and pain points
Ability to balance customer needs, business outcomes, and emerging AI capabilities
