Full job description

Graphic Designer Intern role to create digital banner visuals matching brand guidelines and client requirements. Prepare assets in various sizes and formats for engineering handoff. Collaborate with Project Managers and Engineers to ensure quality and timely delivery. Requires familiarity with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator, good design sense, ability to follow brand guidelines, and strong organizational skills. Preferred experience with Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro and interest in digital advertising. Paid 4-month part-time internship on-site in Vilnius with salary of 600 EUR gross, plus benefits including canteen, parking, leisure zones, gym, and social events.

What you'll do

  • Create digital banner visuals following client requirements and brand guidelines
  • Prepare visual assets in required sizes and formats for engineering team
  • Organize files clearly and structured for smooth handoff
  • Work closely with Creative Solutions Project Managers and Engineers to ensure timely delivery and quality

Requirements

  • Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
  • Good eye for layout, typography, and visual detail
  • Ability to follow brand guidelines
  • Interest in creating digital banner visuals
  • Structured approach to work and file organization
  • Curiosity, openness to feedback, and motivation to learn
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Collaborative mindset
  • Interest and experience in video & motion production (Adobe After Effects or Adobe Premiere Pro) - preferred
  • Interest in performance creative and digital advertising area - preferred
