Full job description

Moloco is hiring a Global Product Lead for its CTV business based in Menlo Park or San Francisco, CA. The role requires 7+ years of experience in product operations, GTM strategy, technical account management, or solutions consulting within ad tech or programmatic advertising. The candidate will build and manage the intelligence flow between market, product, and engineering teams, own alpha/beta campaign operations, design a global GTM operating model, and build customer retention infrastructure. Responsibilities include synthesizing customer feedback, coordinating with global sales teams, and establishing the Global Product Lead function. The role demands deep knowledge of advertiser measurement frameworks and CTV measurement nuances, strong collaboration with technical teams, and an AI-first operational mindset focused on automation. What you'll do

  • Build a high-fidelity intelligence engine between market and CTV product and engineering teams to capture customer insights and influence roadmap
  • Own alpha/beta campaign operations end-to-end, improving test success rates and scaling pilots to sustainable revenue
  • Design and implement a global GTM operating model for CTV across AMER, EMEA, and APAC to support 10x campaign volume without 10x headcount
  • Build customer health and retention infrastructure including monitoring, alerting systems, and reactivation playbooks
  • Establish the Global Product Lead function from scratch including playbook, operating rhythm, and knowledge sharing
  • Systematically collect and synthesize customer feedback and interface with PM, DS, and Engineering to prioritize needs
  • Define best practices, feature adoption goals, and campaign setup nuances with Product and enable global rollout
  • Manage alpha/beta operational pipeline from customer approval through activation, scaling, and ticket resolution
  • Build internal processes for knowledge management, market learnings, and executive synthesis
  • Coordinate with regional sales leads globally to ensure consistent processes and learning capture

Requirements

  • 7+ years in product operations, GTM strategy, technical account management, or solutions consulting within ad tech, performance marketing, or programmatic advertising
  • Deep fluency in advertiser measurement frameworks—CPA, ROAS, incrementality, MMP attribution—and CTV measurement nuances including view-through, assisted vs. attributed conversions, and MMP setting changes
  • Experience building trust and collaborating with Engineering, Data Science, and Product teams, actively participating in technical discussions and roadmap prioritization
  • Proven ability to design end-to-end operating models with clear ownership, handoffs, and escalation paths across Sales, GTM, DS, PM, and Engineering
  • Ability to extract deep insights from customer interactions and translate them into product feedback with analytical rigor
  • Experience translating raw data science findings into clear, contextual, sales-ready communication
  • AI-first operational mindset focused on automation, templatization, and self-service to reduce operational involvement
  • Effective global coordination skills across distributed teams (AMER, EMEA, APAC) without bureaucracy
  • Experience operating with extreme ownership in zero-to-one environments and handling ambiguity
  • Bonus: Direct experience with CTV advertising, streaming platform partnerships, or video measurement
