Full job description

Seeking an experienced Product Manager for Unity Ads Product team in Grow division. Responsible for core components driving ads business, including strategic vision for ad quality product, privacy strategy, trust and safety, programmatic capabilities, and innovation in ad channels and formats. Collaborate with leadership, product managers, engineering, and data science to define and prioritize initiatives. Lead ad quality strategy including creative moderation, policy enforcement, and fraud prevention. Develop scalable, integrated ad quality solutions. Drive proactive privacy strategy aligned with global regulations. Analyze market trends and customer needs to guide investments and roadmap. Work with data platform to improve models and reporting. Partner with strategic teams on new opportunities like CTV and commerce. Lead prototyping and strategic recommendations for growth. Monitor ad network health and adapt strategies. Requirements include prior AdTech product management experience, expertise in privacy, ad quality, programmatic/exchange technology, strong leadership, communication, analytical skills, and AI curiosity. Preferred skills include SQL, exchange technology, knowledge of privacy regulations, and experience with new ad formats. No international relocation support. What you'll do

  • Collaborate with product leadership to define and communicate long-term vision and strategy across ad quality, privacy, trust & safety, exchange, and programmatic
  • Own and shape the product roadmap to deliver business impact and customer value
  • Partner with Staff and Senior Product Managers, Engineering, and Data Science teams to define and prioritize key initiatives
  • Own strategy for ad quality product including creative moderation, ad policy enforcement, and fraud prevention
  • Lead efforts to make ad quality accessible and scalable and deeply integrated across SDK and platform
  • Lead proactive privacy strategy evaluating global regulatory landscape to turn privacy into growth lever
  • Evaluate market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to size opportunities and influence investments and roadmap
  • Collaborate with Data Platform team to improve models, reporting, workflows, and ensure accurate data infrastructure and insights
  • Partner with strategic partnerships and engineering teams to pursue emerging opportunities including new supply channels (e.g., CTV), commerce initiatives, non-gaming demand, and brand advertising
  • Lead early-stage prototyping, opportunity sizing, and strategic recommendations for future growth options
  • Continuously assess ad network health and performance, track market trends, identify risks and opportunities, and adapt strategies

Requirements

  • Previous experience working as a product manager in AdTech
  • Experience in privacy/identity, ad quality, creative moderation, ad policy, programmatic/exchange technology
  • Deep understanding of the sell-side (publisher) ads ecosystem; buy-side/advertiser experience is a strong plus
  • Track record of building products zero-to-one as well as scaling and maintaining established products at scale
  • Strong leadership and execution skills paired with exceptional communication across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong analytical and technical knowledge - capable of understanding complex systems and working with technical colleagues
  • Curiosity and initiative around leveraging AI in product development workflows
  • Hands-on SQL experience (preferred)
  • Experience with exchange technology, supply-side platforms, or programmatic infrastructure (preferred)
  • Familiarity with evolving global privacy and data regulation landscape (preferred)
  • Experience evaluating or launching new ad channels or formats (e.g., CTV, commerce, emerging supply) (preferred)
  • Demand expertise and how data production can influence value to advertisers (preferred)
