The Trade Desk is hiring a senior General Manager, Partner Growth based in New York City. This full-time role requires 15+ years of experience in SaaS, enterprise technology, adtech or martech, with a focus on developing and closing partnerships across ISV, MSP, VAR, and indirect sales channels. Responsibilities include building and managing a pipeline of partnership opportunities, originating new business, leading deals from engagement through launch, developing commercial strategies, and building executive relationships. The role involves collaboration with Business Development, Client Services, Product, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations teams. Candidates must have strong executive stakeholder management skills, the ability to work through ambiguity, and be willing to travel up to 30%. The salary range is $147,200 to $269,900 USD.
