Frontline PS Technical Support Engineer role at a leading performance-driven advertising company in Gurugram office. Provide support via chat, email, and video conference. Must have experience in ad tech, technical support, understanding of logs, APIs, and SQL. Responsibilities include troubleshooting complex technical issues, serving as first point of contact for clients, managing support inquiries, communicating urgent issues, case assignment, workload distribution, and operational issue escalation. Requires excellent English communication, ability to work 24x7 shifts, multitasking, prioritization, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
- Possess extensive knowledge and technical expertise in the Ad tech domain
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while providing highest level of customer experience
- Serve as the first point of contact for Taboola’s clients
