2+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or related analytical finance role
Strong financial modeling skills, able to build clean, well-structured models from scratch
Ability to understand complex product or business mechanics and translate into quantitative models
Proficiency in Excel
Experience with SQL or BI tools (Tableau, Looker) is a strong plus
Proficiency leveraging AI tools like Claude for financial analysis, modeling, and reporting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High intellectual curiosity
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field
Nice to have: experience in adtech, programmatic advertising, or marketplace/platform businesses
Nice to have: familiarity with take rate economics, net/gross revenue distinctions, or auction-based pricing models
Nice to have: experience with Python or other scripting tools for financial analysis
