Moloco is seeking senior software engineers with 4-15 years of experience in backend, frontend, or full-stack development to join their R&D team in Seoul. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent, strong problem-solving skills, and experience designing scalable systems including server-side APIs, infrastructure, or user-facing web and mobile interfaces. Experience with large-scale distributed systems, high-throughput data pipelines, or performance-critical frontend applications is required. Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure is expected. Proficiency in AI coding tools and fluency in Korean and English are necessary. The tech stack includes Go, Java, Python, GCP, AWS, Kubernetes, BigQuery, Dataflow, Apache Beam, Kafka, gRPC, REST APIs, TypeScript, JavaScript, and React.
