Full job description

Moloco is seeking senior software engineers with 4-15 years of experience in backend, frontend, or full-stack development to join their R&D team in Seoul. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, strong problem-solving skills, and experience designing scalable systems and working with large-scale distributed systems or performance-critical applications. Proficiency with public cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and AI coding tools is required. Fluency in Korean and English is necessary. The role involves leading complex projects, collaborating cross-functionally, and prioritizing customer impact. The tech stack includes Go, Java, Python, Kubernetes, BigQuery, Kafka, TypeScript, JavaScript, and React. The position is full-time and on-site in Seoul.

Requirements

  • 4–15 years of software development experience across backend, frontend, or full-stack systems
  • Track record of leading complex, large-scale projects
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Strong problem-solving skills with solid fundamentals in data structures and algorithms
  • Experience designing and implementing scalable systems (server-side APIs, infrastructure, or user-facing web and mobile interfaces)
  • Experience with large-scale distributed systems, high-throughput data pipelines, or performance-critical frontend applications
  • Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
  • Proficiency working with AI coding tools effectively
  • Fluency in both Korean and English (spoken and written)
