Lead the DevOps Engineering Excellence organization to establish strategy, governance, and execution frameworks that enable engineering to deliver technology solutions with speed, quality, reliability, and cost efficiency. Own the engineering operating model across portfolio management, delivery management, corporate technology services, and enterprise application platforms. Improve DevOps governance, planning, and investment management processes. Build and scale Engineering Delivery Management for predictable execution and continuous improvement. Manage enterprise engineering and collaboration platforms such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, Slack, and identity/access platforms. Oversee Corporate IT services supporting engineering including end-user computing, onboarding, access management, and service desk operations. Develop engineering excellence frameworks and metrics to improve delivery velocity, quality, reliability, security, and operational maturity. Partner with leadership to remove friction, improve alignment, and accelerate delivery of strategic outcomes. Drive organizational transformation to modernize engineering practices and improve operational efficiency. Establish executive metrics and reporting for portfolio health and delivery performance. Lead and inspire a diverse team fostering ownership, innovation, collaboration, and inclusion. Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 10+ years relevant work experience.
