Scale webinar programming by collaborating with teams to plan, promote, and produce webinars to expand audience and generate leads. Manage sponsorship contracts, deliverables, and brand visibility. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Creative teams to align event goals with business objectives. Oversee onsite and online event delivery, guest lists, RSVPs, registration, and communications. Build and maintain invitee lists and support executive participation in events. Support event communication and promotion strategy using email marketing, social media, and paid advertising. Track and report KPIs including attendance, engagement, meetings, MQLs, revenue influence, budget, and ROI to optimize future events. Requires 2-4 years experience in event coordination preferably in technology, advertising, or media, strong project management, communication skills, familiarity with social media platforms, webinar production tools, email marketing and CRM tools, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, experience with AI content tools, and willingness to travel for major events.

Measure and optimize performance — track KPIs including attendance, engagement, meetings, MQLs, influenced and attributed revenue, budget spend, and ROI. Provide post-event reporting, insights, and lead capture to improve future investments
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in event coordination, preferably in technology, advertising, or media
Demonstrated success in supporting all aspects of event marketing across webinars, in-person events, and virtual events
High energy with an eye for details and a passion for organizing world-class experiences
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
Excellent written communication and collaboration skills — able to work effectively across teams and with senior stakeholders
Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X) for content creation and event promotion
Familiarity with webinar production platforms (e.g., Zoom) for scheduling, producing, and recording webinars
Basic understanding of email marketing and CRM tools (familiarity with HubSpot and Salesforce is a plus)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Experience with AI tools for developing content, ideas, and research (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini)
Experience working in Canva is a plus
Willingness to travel for major events
