RTB House is seeking an Enterprise Sales Director for its US team to drive growth in the digital advertising market. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, building client relationships, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams. Candidates should have 5-10 years of sales experience in retail or e-commerce, strong consultative selling skills, and knowledge of online advertising and RTB. The position is full-time and remote with up to 20% domestic travel. Salary ranges from $145,000 to $180,000 base with OTE of $290,000 to $360,000.
