Full job description
Celtra seeks an Enterprise Sales Director to lead complex sales cycles and acquire new enterprise clients in North America across industries such as CPG, retail, DTC, travel, hospitality, and technology. Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle, generating new business, engaging senior stakeholders, positioning Celtra solutions strategically, collaborating cross-functionally, and staying current on industry trends. Requirements include 10+ years of full-cycle enterprise SaaS sales experience, proven success closing large deals, strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Meta, Google, The Trade Desk, Amazon), excellent communication skills, resilience, and a marketer’s mindset. Salary range is $140,000 to $180,000 depending on experience.
What you'll do
- Take ownership of the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through solution demos, negotiations, and close
- Generate new business through outbound prospecting, events, partner collaboration, and creative use of social selling and marketing initiatives
