Full job description

RTB House is seeking an Enterprise Sales Director for the US market. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, building client relationships, developing strategic business plans, and collaborating with technical and account teams. Candidates should have 5-10 years of sales experience, preferably in retail or e-commerce, with a strong record of meeting targets and consultative selling skills. Knowledge of online advertising, performance marketing, and RTB is a plus. The position is full-time, remote, and requires up to 20% domestic travel. Salary ranges from $145,000 to $180,000 base with OTE of $290,000 to $360,000. Benefits include medical insurance, 401K matching, stipends, bonuses, and flexible work arrangements.

What you'll do

  • Convert assigned sales opportunities into customers
  • Own the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Maintain consistent communications with prospects
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships at all organizational levels
  • Conduct in-depth research and develop tailored strategic business plans
  • Prepare and deliver formal proposals
  • Regularly update CRM with status of activities
  • Collaborate with technical teams and account management to grow and retain clients
  • Provide exceptional customer relationship management
  • Attend regular training and development sessions
  • Travel up to 20% domestically for client meetings and industry events

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in sales within the retail or e-commerce online sectors
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Highly analytical with a proven track record of selling in a consultative style
  • Strong influencer with exceptional negotiation and communication skills
  • Understanding of the online advertising industry, performance marketing and RTB model is an asset
