AppsFlyer is hiring an Enterprise Customer Success Manager (Russian Speaker) based in Warsaw. The role involves managing enterprise accounts, driving product adoption, delivering strategic guidance, and serving as a trusted advisor. Responsibilities include managing customer journeys post-sale, collaborating with internal teams, providing product updates, identifying upsell opportunities, and facilitating client education sessions. Requirements include 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management in B2B SaaS, native-level Russian and strong English, understanding of mobile marketing and digital analytics, technical aptitude with SDKs, APIs, or data workflows, familiarity with product management, and willingness to travel 2-5 times per year. Bonus points for experience with AppsFlyer products, Polish or Ukrainian language skills, and background in SDKs, APIs, SQL, or mobile app tracking.
