Full job description

Senior Manager with 14+ years in software engineering and 5+ years in engineering management. Responsible for leading delivery of Promotions and Loyalty Services platforms, managing multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring quality, performance, and client outcomes. Requires technical fluency in JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js, MySQL, RESTful API development, microservices architecture, frontend technologies (HTML5, CSS3, Vue.js), version control (Git, GitHub), and CI/CD. Strong leadership, client and stakeholder management skills, experience in pre-sales, scoping, estimation, and account growth. Good to have skills include Perl, Java (Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate), AWS, QA leadership, automation, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), DevOps, and domain experience in Promotions, Loyalty, MarTech. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Cloud, Scrum/Agile, and DevOps certifications preferred. Location: Mumbai, India.
