Full job description

The Big Data Group processes and delivers data within Adform Flow and to clients, using Vertica and HDFS. The Engineering Manager leads two backend teams focused on microservices for real-time data in domains like DMP, Reporting, Algo, and Research. Responsibilities include people management, project delivery, stakeholder alignment, system reliability, process improvement, and technical guidance. Requirements include proven leadership in backend or cross-functional teams, strong communication, agile project delivery experience, mentoring skills, engineering best practices knowledge, problem-solving, operational excellence, and technical background in backend engineering, distributed systems, or Big Data. Experience with Kafka, Hadoop, Vertica, cloud platforms, and AdTech is preferred.
