Full job description Xapads Media is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead frontend and backend engineering teams. The role requires 6+ years of experience with React.js and Node.js, strong team management skills, and expertise in scalable system design. Responsibilities include leading engineering teams, designing high-performance applications, managing AWS infrastructure, integrating third-party APIs, and ensuring code quality and CI/CD practices. Required skills include MongoDB, Redis, Git, and AWS. Experience in AdTech is a plus but not mandatory. The position is based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Architect and integrate third-party services and APIs with internal systems
Design and manage systems involving multiple database sources, including MongoDB and Redis
Own application performance, scalability, reliability, and security
