Verve is seeking a mid-level full-time Marketing professional to develop and execute employer branding strategies across digital and offline channels. Responsibilities include managing the employer brand on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other platforms; creating branding content with HR, Marketing, and business teams; planning internal branding initiatives; supporting internal communication campaigns; coordinating recruitment event campaigns; managing recruitment processes; partnering with hiring managers; and tracking branding and recruitment metrics. Candidates must have 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Employer Branding, proven multi-channel branding experience, hands-on platform management, recruitment experience, understanding of HR processes, content creation skills, project and stakeholder management skills, and strong communication abilities.
