Operate DSP platform managing e-commerce, gaming, and exchange clients. Implement operational strategies. Analyze client needs and deliver operational solutions to improve satisfaction and performance. Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and competitors. Develop market strategies. Track and analyze operational data to optimize workflows and improve results. Collaborate with product and R&D teams to meet KPIs. Requires bachelor's degree, 3+ years DSP operations experience, familiarity with e-commerce, gaming, exchange industries, strong data analysis, learning, adaptability, teamwork, proactive and results-driven attitude. Multilingual skills preferred for cross-border communication.
