Full job description

The Trade Desk seeks an APAC Director of Revenue Strategy and Operations based in Singapore or Sydney. The role involves partnering with APAC senior leaders to develop and execute regional growth plans, improve forecasting, maintain pipeline discipline, and streamline workflows. Responsibilities include leading planning cycles, supporting cross-functional launches, coaching team members, and implementing AI automation for workflows and reporting. Candidates must have 12+ years in Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, or Strategy within ad tech, SaaS, or digital media, with strong knowledge of DSPs, SSPs, identity, and measurement. Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, and Power BI is required. The role demands strong stakeholder management and the ability to translate complex data into actionable plans.

What you'll do

  • Lead annual and quarterly planning to turn growth ambition into practical choices on segmentation, capacity, and investment
  • Partner with regional SVPs to build trusted forecasts and maintain pipeline discipline
  • Remove friction from workflows so teams can focus on customers, growth, and impact
  • Bring people together across functions to turn ideas into measurable progress
  • Coach and support team members to help them grow
  • Future-proof AI automation for standard workflows, processes, and reporting

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, or Strategy
  • Experience in ad tech, SaaS, or digital media
  • Understanding of DSPs, SSPs, identity, and measurement ecosystem
  • Experience building trusted forecasting models
  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders and translate detail into clear choices
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, and Power BI
