StackAdapt is hiring a Director to build and lead the Marketing Technology Sales Specialist organization. This full-time remote role (US and Canada) reports to the SVP, Global Client Services. Responsibilities include building and scaling the sales specialist team, owning revenue and pipeline goals for Martech products (email marketing, direct mail, data management, orchestration), partnering with sales and product teams, defining commercial strategies, and driving business growth. The candidate must have 10+ years experience with proven success in building commercial organizations and solution sales teams in SaaS, AdTech, or Martech. Strong executive presence, strategic decision-making, and deep knowledge of Martech ecosystem are required. Requirements
Proven success building or scaling commercial organizations, solution sales teams, or new go-to-market motions for complex SaaS, AdTech, Martech, or enterprise technology businesses
Experience commercializing emerging products and transforming customer needs into repeatable revenue opportunities
Demonstrated success owning revenue, pipeline, customer adoption, and business growth
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-level customers and senior leaders across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations
A builder's mindset with a passion for creating scalable teams, operating models, and commercial processes from the ground up
A track record of developing high-performing teams through coaching, accountability, and talent development
Strategic, data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to balance long-term vision and operational execution
Deep knowledge of the Marketing Technology ecosystem including email marketing, direct mail, marketing automation, customer journey orchestration, customer data platforms (CDPs), first-party data, AI-powered marketing technologies, or adjacent enterprise software
