Full job description
Director of Sales role leading an agency sales team in New York City. Responsible for mentoring and managing a high-performing sales team to drive new business and deepen client relationships in NY and tri-state markets. Requires 10+ years in digital media or ad tech sales with 4+ years in leadership. Must have strong programmatic/DSP knowledge, established agency/client relationships, and proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce. Responsibilities include team leadership, coaching, business development, client relationship management, revenue forecasting, product demos, and market representation.
