Full job description

Innovid seeks a Director of Sales to lead engagement with top-tier advertisers, expanding customer base and growing existing partnerships through Innovid's omnichannel ad management platform. Responsibilities include building a pipeline of opportunities, understanding product portfolio, collaborating with internal teams, managing Salesforce records, meeting revenue targets, securing new accounts, driving product adoption, ensuring client satisfaction, managing multiple projects, educating clients, and providing product feedback. Requirements include 6+ years in online advertising sales, knowledge of programmatic, DCO, audience-centric marketing, CTV, digital video, paid social, experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office, bachelor's degree, and willingness to travel. What you'll do

  • Build a robust pipeline of opportunities across Fortune 500 brands using professional network, industry events, and digital channels
  • Understand Innovid product portfolio including programmatic OLV, display, audio, CTV, paid social, and measurement of linear + digital TV
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Solutions Consulting, Client Success, Campaign Management, Partnerships
  • Maintain records, forecasts, and reporting within Salesforce
  • Meet quarterly revenue targets and manage pipeline and forecasting
  • Secure new accounts and drive increased product adoption within existing clients
  • Champion client satisfaction and identify opportunities to expand partnerships
  • Stay aware of customer business landscapes and brand challenges
  • Showcase Innovid's value through service delivery and execution
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently
  • Educate clients on best practices and innovative product use
  • Provide user feedback to Product team to influence new tools and releases

Requirements

  • 6+ years' experience in online advertising with a track record of success in sales roles
  • Agency or publisher experience desirable
  • Comprehensive understanding of programmatic, DCO, audience-centric marketing, CTV, digital video, and paid social
  • Proactive engagement with industry vendors and leading market solutions in digital media, paid social, and video
  • Consistent track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets
  • Strong grasp of digital media to identify business growth and revenue opportunities
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Willingness to travel for in-person meetings and events
