Full job description

Innovid is hiring a Director or Senior Director of Product to lead the Measurement Product Management team. The role reports to the VP and owns current and next-generation advanced measurement solutions. Responsibilities include defining the product roadmap, leading product lifecycle, identifying monetization opportunities, partnering with engineering on scalable measurement solutions, influencing pricing and go-to-market strategy, and acting as a subject matter expert. Requirements include 8+ years product management experience with 4+ years in senior roles in ad tech or measurement, deep expertise in ad measurement techniques, strong technical foundation, experience launching large-scale software products, AI/ML product experience or interest, leadership and communication skills, analytical abilities, agile development experience, and a technical bachelor's degree. Some international travel required. What you'll do

  • Define and drive multi-year product roadmap for advanced measurement solutions
  • Lead product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond
  • Identify and pursue new product monetization and growth opportunities
  • Partner with global engineering team to architect scalable measurement solutions including data models, signal ingestion pipelines, and statistical methodologies
  • Influence pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy working with business development and sales
  • Act as subject matter expert educating organization on industry trends related to measurement, identity, and data
  • Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
  • Drive strategic direction of advanced measurement products
  • Be a hands-on leader focused on attribution and performance-based measurement
  • Move quickly and contribute across product areas to accelerate growth

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience
  • At least 4 years in a senior or lead PM role in ad tech, measurement, or data infrastructure
  • Deep expertise in ad measurement including incrementality testing, geo-based lift studies, brand lift, sales lift, and mid-to-lower funnel conversion measurement
  • Strong technical foundation partnering with engineering and data science teams on system architecture, data pipelines, statistical models, and measurement methodologies
  • Proven track record of owning and launching large-scale software products from concept to completion
  • Experience with AI/ML-driven products or interest in applying AI and machine learning to measurement solutions
  • Strong leadership and influence skills with ability to build consensus and drive projects across teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and business audiences
  • Exceptional analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to product decisions
  • Experience in agile, iterative product development focused on business outcomes
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical domain (computer science, engineering); MBA is a plus
  • Some international travel may be required
