This senior leadership role manages the end-to-end sales readiness system, translating strategy into executable enablement plans that drive field performance and business outcomes. Responsibilities include team leadership, defining sales enablement strategy, partnering with cross-functional teams, managing readiness execution, removing blockers, and measuring adoption and impact. Required qualifications include 8+ years in sales or related fields, 5+ years using data for business decisions, 3+ years people management, and experience leading complex programs. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree, project management, and digital advertising experience. The role is hybrid with multiple US locations. Salary ranges from $130,900 to $251,900 annually, higher in SF Bay Area and NYC.

Requirements
8+ years experience with active participation in sales, sales operations/management, account management, program management, business development, marketing, consulting, or a related field or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience using data to drive business outcomes or inform business decisions
5+ years of experience managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, and/or customers
3+ years people management experience
Bachelor's Degree in a related field (preferred)
5+ years managing projects, including planning, managing timelines, and tracking progress, and/or change management experience (preferred)
Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs spanning multiple teams and stakeholders
Ability to identify unmet or emerging customer needs through quantitative and qualitative insights and translate into scalable solutions
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments, independently scoping problems and driving execution
Solid analytical and communication skills with ability to use data to influence decision-making
Proven track record of exceptional performance, high productivity, and meeting deadlines in leadership roles
Experience in digital advertising, understanding customer buying and seller selling processes
