Full job description
Director of Sales Operations role responsible for leading North America and EMEA sales teams. Key duties include optimizing sales processes, managing sales technology stack (CRM, sales enablement tools), ensuring data integrity and analytics, defining sales performance metrics, and collaborating with Marketing and Product teams for sales enablement and onboarding. Requires 7+ years experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or sales management, proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, SQL, BI tools, strong analytical skills, and a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Knowledge of programmatic advertising and ad fraud/privacy challenges preferred. Position is full-time, hybrid based in McLean, VA. What you'll do
- Refine sales methodologies, create playbooks, and map the customer journey for better efficiency
- Own the sales technology stack (CRM, sales enablement tools), ensuring data integrity, adoption, and analytics
- Define metrics for sales effectiveness and build dashboards to inform executive decisions
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product to ensure the sales team is equipped with the right collateral, competitive intelligence, and training to win
Requirements
- 7+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, or sales management
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, BI tools)
- Ability to analyze complex data sets to drive strategic decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Solid understanding of the programmatic advertising landscape and challenges of ad fraud/privacy preferred
