Skai is hiring a Director of Sales for the US Independent Agency Team. The role involves generating new agency accounts, owning the GTM sales process, and developing strategic agency partnerships. Responsibilities include managing revenue, pipeline, account planning, and collaborating cross-functionally. Candidates should have 5+ years in AdTech, commerce media, or AI/data SaaS sales with a proven track record in complex sales cycles and independent agency experience. The position is full-time, hybrid (3 days in office), based in New York City. Salary range is $130,000 - $135,000 base plus commission and equity.
