InMobi Advertising is seeking a Director of Product Management for its Commerce Exchange, a major mobile ad exchange platform. The role involves defining and executing the product strategy for commerce products across retailers, merchants, and retail media networks. Responsibilities include developing data, targeting, bidding, and measurement capabilities, expanding omnichannel supply, and partnering with cross-functional teams. Candidates must have 7+ years of product management experience in ad tech or retail media, deep knowledge of programmatic marketplaces, retail media ecosystems, attribution frameworks, and DSPs. Strong communication, analytical skills, and a high-ownership mindset are required. The position is full-time, on-site in New York, NY, with quarterly travel to Bangalore, India. What you'll do
- Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for Commerce Exchange
- Translate needs of retailers, merchants, and retail media networks into actionable product requirements
- Lead development of data, targeting, bidding, and measurement capabilities
- Expand and activate omnichannel supply across app and web environments
- Partner with Engineering and Design teams to deliver high-quality products
- Continuously analyze marketplace signals, advertiser performance, and commerce data to identify opportunities
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience in advertising technology or retail media
- Strong track record of bringing commerce-driven products to market at scale
- Deep understanding of programmatic marketplaces, retail media ecosystems, attribution frameworks, data integrations, and addressability solutions
- Well-versed in the mechanics of RTB and how first-party data is changing the landscape
- Strong familiarity with DSPs and commerce-focused buyers including retailers, merchants, and retail media networks
- Ability to translate performance buyer needs into product features
- High-ownership mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate with clarity and urgency in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Comfortable being the 'CEO of your product' and pivoting quickly when marketplace dynamics shift
- Exceptional communication skills to align cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience; MBA or MS is a plus
