Full job description

Moloco is seeking a senior product leader to own and execute the strategy for their end-to-end ad product. The role involves expanding the adtech technology footprint, especially in gaming and new verticals, taking products to market, driving adoption, and building strategic partnerships. The candidate will own the P&L, deliver advertiser-centric product experiences, foster innovation, and influence cross-functional teams. Requirements include 7+ years in adtech with performance adtech experience, deep understanding of programmatic advertising components (DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, ad servers, DMPs, CDPs), knowledge of ad monetization models, data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and familiarity with various ad formats including mobile ads. The position is full-time, on-site in Menlo Park, New York, or Seattle, with a salary range of $240,000 to $300,000 USD and a competitive benefits package.

What you'll do

  • Own, develop, and execute product strategy for end-to-end ad product
  • Expand technology footprint in adtech ecosystem across gaming and new verticals
  • Take new products to market and drive scaled adoption
  • Identify growth opportunities and build strategic partnerships
  • Deliver advertiser experiences by understanding needs and leading product teams
  • Own P&L for ad product and contribute to revenue, retention, and RoAS
  • Foster innovation and market leadership by identifying new opportunities and guiding teams
  • Serve as key voice for advertisers and influence cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial and innovative spirit, 0 to 1 experience, including startup-like environment experience
  • End-to-end adtech experience
  • Experience taking products to market and driving adoption
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, including technical teams
  • 7+ years of adtech experience
  • Performance adtech experience
  • In-depth understanding of programmatic advertising landscape (DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, ad servers, DMPs, CDPs)
  • Experience with various ad monetization models (impression-based, click-based, performance-based)
  • Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on advertising
  • Familiarity with different ad formats (display, video, native, in-game ads)
  • Mobile adtech experience preferred
