Moloco is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the advertiser platform within AI Platform and Products. This role owns strategy, roadmap, and execution for the NextGen Ads Manager and Moloco Ads MCP, ensuring parity between both. Responsibilities include leading product managers, partnering with engineering and design teams, defining vision and roadmap, launching AI-first Ads Manager agents, phasing in MCP write actions, ensuring agent safety and reversibility, building on a shared platform, leading the product team, and measuring outcomes. Requirements include 10+ years in product management with 3+ years managing managers, experience shipping AI agents or LLM-powered features, owning API products, driving cross-org alignment, and preferred experience with advertising platforms, LLM agents, and API-first models.
