Full job description

Director of Growth Marketing role to lead global new logo pipeline for 12 months covering maternity leave. Full ownership of strategy, budget, team, and pipeline targets. Manage paid acquisition, organic growth, B2B creators program, and growth strategy functions. Responsibilities include pipeline target ownership, budget allocation, team leadership and coaching, hands-on involvement in campaigns and data analysis, running a GTM motion across seven regional business units, improving AI-powered workflows, pipeline reporting, troubleshooting data issues, and partnering with Sales and Product Marketing. Requires 10+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing with at least 5 years leading teams globally, hands-on experience in paid and organic channels, pipeline accountability, AI system building and team upskilling, Salesforce and multi-touch attribution fluency, strong communication skills, and familiarity with mobile marketing and martech.

What you'll do

  • Own the global new logo pipeline target across every region and segment
  • Run quarterly planning, weekly pacing, and report pipeline coverage to leadership
  • Set targets and shape budget allocation across functions, regions, and verticals
  • Lead function leads and freelance network, provide direction, set priorities, and resolve scope collisions
  • Run weekly function reviews, monthly Growth Marketing reviews, and quarterly executive readouts
  • Coach team members and leads, advocate for leveling, recognition, and resources
  • Invest time in skip-level coaching and developing leadership within the team
  • Bring best practices, fresh ideas, and outside inspiration to raise team performance
  • Stay hands-on by reviewing ads, rewriting briefs, checking attribution data, and drafting campaign concepts
  • Champion initiatives without natural owners
  • Run a GTM motion based on a defined target account list across seven regional business units
  • Execute and protect the operating model through 2026 and evolve it for 2027
  • Improve automation and AI workflows to increase team output and upskill the team
  • Own pipeline reporting and troubleshooting data and performance issues
  • Partner with Sales, GTM Operations, regional marketing, and Product Marketing to align pipeline creation
  • Translate company vision into concrete team priorities and represent Growth Marketing to leadership

Requirements

  • 10+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing
  • At least 5 years leading the function and its leaders at a global company
  • Experience as a leader of leaders with player-coach instincts
  • Hands-on experience in both paid and organic channels
  • Direct pipeline accountability measured in opportunities and revenue
  • Ability to extract priorities from broad, half-formed visions and create actionable plans
  • Experience building and using AI-powered systems and upskilling teams in AI
  • Fluency in B2B funnel dynamics and diagnostics
  • Deep working knowledge of Salesforce and strong data and analytics fluency
  • Experience with multi-touch attribution tools like HockeyStack
  • Executive-grade communication skills
  • Familiarity with mobile marketing and martech ecosystem is a strong advantage
  • Fluent professional English, strong written and verbal communication
