Full job description
Microsoft Advertising seeks a Director of Global Business Planning to drive business planning and grow market share in AI. Responsibilities include developing strategic plans across demand, supply, products, and platforms; leading opportunity identification and demand strategy; collaborating with cross-functional teams; leveraging stakeholder insights; communicating plans to business leaders; delivering recommendations; and partnering with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business teams. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 6+ years experience or equivalent, preferred Master's degree with 8+ years or Bachelor's with 12+ years, 4+ years managing cross-functional projects, 2+ years in digital advertising, strong strategic, communication, analytical, and modeling skills. The role is full-time, on-site in Redmond, Washington, with a salary range of $142,800 to $274,800 USD annually, higher in SF Bay Area and NYC.
