Zeta Global is hiring a Director of Engineering to lead the Prospect Audiences team (~10 engineers) responsible for the Third-Party Audiences product. The role involves ownership of engineering, architecture, and technology, delivering roadmap items, collaborating with product and business teams, and driving AI-native SDLC adoption. Responsibilities include team leadership, mentoring, system ownership including deployments and monitoring, cost optimization, and ensuring data pipeline reliability. Candidates must have 10+ years of software engineering experience with leadership in large-scale data systems, expertise in batch and real-time data processing, knowledge of data engineering patterns and cloud architectures, and experience with technologies such as Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Iceberg, Hudi, Delta, EMR, Airflow, Spark, Aerospike, Scylla, DynamoDB, and AWS. Exceptional communication skills and a track record of innovation are required. Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Deep domain expertise in batch & real-time data processing systems
Understanding of data engineering design patterns & concepts such as Data Lakehouse, Data Table Format, Zero-Copy Data Sharing, Cleanroom, Real-Time vs Batch Data Processing, High throughput distributed system APIs
Experience working on data technologies equivalent to Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Iceberg, Hudi, Delta, EMR, Airflow, Spark, Aerospike, Scylla, DynamoDB
Strong understanding of cloud data architectures (AWS, Snowflake, etc.)
Track record of innovation and driving measurable outcomes, including AI-driven or data-driven product capabilities
