The Trade Desk seeks a Director of Design Technology to lead the technical design practice within the global UX Design organization. This senior leadership role involves shaping tools, systems, AI capabilities, and engineering workflows to scale world-class product experiences. Responsibilities include advancing the design system, leading AI tooling strategy, collaborating with engineering and product teams, mentoring design technologists, ensuring design excellence and accessibility, optimizing processes, and representing the company in industry forums. Candidates must have 10+ years in design technology or related fields, 5+ years in leadership, expertise in Figma, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AI tools, and experience building scalable design systems.
