Eskimi is a full-stack creative and media tech platform combining programmatic DSP, creative studio, audience targeting, media packages, and monetization tools. The Director of Commercial Performance and Sales Operations will report to the CCO and lead commercial performance and operations across Eskimi. Responsibilities include setting sales standards, chairing performance reviews, requiring recovery plans, working with BDMs and Regional Leaders, challenging forecasts, and escalating failures. Requirements include 10+ years in sales/commercial operations with 3+ years running the function, proven sales leadership, coaching skills, matrix environment experience, operational and financial fluency, commercial credibility, and professional English.
