Full job description

Moloco is hiring a Director of Marketing Campaigns to lead brand and creative strategy, campaign execution, and performance measurement across Moloco Ads, Commerce Media, and Streaming Monetization. The role requires ownership of the full campaign lifecycle, collaboration with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Sales, and Creative, and the ability to translate complex AI and machine learning topics into clear B2B messaging. Responsibilities include developing integrated campaign strategies, managing global campaign calendars, driving brand consistency, managing budgets, defining KPIs, and leveraging AI tools to optimize campaigns. Candidates must have 8+ years of B2B marketing experience with at least 4 years in leadership roles, strong creative direction skills, experience building campaign processes, and a data-driven approach. The position offers comprehensive benefits, potential bonus and equity, and is based in multiple U.S. locations with hybrid work options.

What you'll do

  • Develop and own campaign strategy across Moloco Ads, Commerce Media, and Streaming Monetization
  • Build and manage a global campaign calendar aligned with product launches and pipeline goals
  • Translate product releases and research into multi-channel programs
  • Map buyer journeys and identify moments for brand connection and conversion
  • Collaborate with Sales, Field, and Platform teams on account-level programs
  • Lead engagement-based measurement frameworks and define pipeline KPIs
  • Partner with Product Marketing and leadership to bring thought leadership positioning to market
  • Translate technical narratives into audience-first messaging
  • Activate insights and research as full campaign programs
  • Work with media partners to amplify content and extend reach
  • Define and uphold brand voice, visual identity, and creative platform
  • Own creative brief process end-to-end
  • Champion creative excellence across digital, social, video, OOH, events, and sales enablement
  • Manage campaign budgets and allocate strategically for ROI
  • Define KPIs, build dashboards, track performance, and present results to leadership
  • Establish repeatable intake, briefing, and coordination processes
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate campaign development and optimize performance

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience
  • At least 4 years leading integrated campaign or brand functions at a high-growth tech company
  • Experience owning the full campaign motion
  • Ability to translate complex technical subject matter (AI, machine learning, performance advertising) into sharp, differentiated messaging
  • Brand-building experience at modern, aspirational tech companies
  • Creative direction experience with clear point of view and leadership of creative teams and agencies
  • Experience building or formalizing campaign processes in fast-moving environments
  • Active use of AI tools to accelerate workflows and optimize campaigns
  • Data-driven mindset comfortable with setting KPIs, building measurement frameworks, and presenting to senior leadership
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, quick decision-making, and ownership of outcomes
