Full job description

InMobi Advertising is seeking a senior Strategy & Operations Manager to support the APAC Ads business across InMobi's Exchange, DSP, and Glance ecosystem. The role reports to the Chief of Staff to CBO Advertising and works closely with the Head of Ads Revenue – APAC. Responsibilities include shaping APAC strategy by adapting global standards to regional markets, driving performance visibility through data analysis, establishing operating rhythms for accountability, enabling cross-functional alignment, and leading strategic initiatives such as market expansion and pricing. Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, or business operations in a high-growth tech environment, strong analytical and communication skills, and preferably experience in ad-tech or digital advertising. The position is based in Bangalore, India.

What you'll do

  • Shape APAC strategy by adapting global operating standards and GTM strategy to APAC markets
  • Drive performance visibility by owning APAC Ads performance framework across revenue, advertiser growth, and supply
  • Establish operating cadence by designing and running regional operating rhythms (WBRs, MBRs, QBRs)
  • Enable cross-functional alignment by partnering with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Partnerships
  • Lead strategic initiatives including market expansion, segmentation, pricing, monetization, and competitive strategy

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, or business operations within a high-growth technology environment
  • Structured thinker and pragmatic executor
  • Analytically rigorous with ability to work with complex datasets and build business cases
  • Effective without formal authority, able to drive alignment across cross-functional and global teams
  • Comfortable with complexity and synthesizing competing market dynamics and stakeholder priorities
  • Strong communicator credible in executive forums and working-level discussions
  • Ad-tech or digital advertising experience is a strong advantage
  • Nice to have: experience in consulting (MBB), investment banking, or high-growth tech companies
  • Nice to have: exposure to APAC markets
