InMobi Advertising seeks a Director - Data, Identity & Addressability to lead strategy across data, identity, and audience ecosystems in North America. The role involves managing strategic partnerships in identity frameworks, clean rooms, data marketplaces, and audience providers, focusing on mobile app, mobile web, and CTV addressability. Responsibilities include owning partnership lifecycles, collaborating with Product and Engineering to develop scalable offerings, liaising with agency data teams, ensuring compliance with privacy standards (GDPR, CCPA), enabling Sales and Marketing teams, and driving regional strategy for audience targeting. Candidates must have 12-15 years in ad-tech with expertise in identity solutions, strong technical literacy, programmatic ecosystem knowledge, negotiation skills, and excellent communication. A bachelor's degree is required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. What you'll do
- Own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle and drive business outcomes within defined timelines
- Partner with Product and Engineering to translate complex partner capabilities into scalable, differentiated offerings
- Act as the technical-commercial lead for NA-based Agency Data & Analytics teams to ensure alignment with central requirements
- Ensure all partnerships meet evolving global standards (GDPR, CCPA) by overseeing technical implementation of industry frameworks such as GPP
- Serve as the SME for Sales and Product Marketing teams, translating market trends and signal loss challenges into actionable tools
- Lead overall strategy for the region around audiences, data-led curation, and targeting approaches to drive campaign outcomes
Requirements
- 12–15 years of experience in ad-tech, specifically within data partnerships, product partnerships, or technical business development
- Deep technical understanding of identity solutions (MAIDs, UID2/EUID, first-party frameworks, clean rooms, and modeled audiences)
- High technical literacy; comfortable discussing API documentation, data schemas, and signal transmission with engineering leads
- Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including the impact of signal loss and the mechanics of the open web vs. walled gardens
- Proven experience structuring and negotiating complex, high-value partnership agreements balancing commercial gain with technical feasibility
- Exceptional ability to simplify complex technical concepts for C-level stakeholders and industry forums
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
