Requirements
10+ years of relevant professional experience
6+ years of programmatic experience in trading or a hands-on-keyboard function
Enterprise or B2B experience strongly preferred
Demonstrated success building and scaling senior client relationships, including at the executive/C-suite level
Proven track record driving significant revenue growth across large, complex enterprise accounts
6+ years of people leadership experience, including managing managers or senior individual contributors
Experience shaping strategy and influencing senior cross-functional and executive stakeholders
