Full job description
The Trade Desk is hiring a Director of Client Services to lead a client services team including Account Managers and Traders. The role involves managing senior leadership relationships with agency and brand partners, overseeing campaign and technical aspects, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams, and driving partner growth and revenue. Candidates must have 10+ years in digital media or ad tech, 4+ years managing client-facing teams, strong leadership and communication skills, and experience with technical integrations and analytics.
What you'll do
- Lead and grow a multidisciplinary client services team (Account Managers, Traders) supporting partner integrations and external demand generation
- Own senior leadership relationships across a portfolio of agency and brand partners; act as primary escalation and in-market executive for high-value accounts
