The Director Client Partnerships, Publisher Cloud leads enterprise sales to drive revenue by helping retailers and commerce companies transform customer engagement, increase lifetime value, and leverage first-party data. The role focuses on CRM (Email), CDP, lifecycle marketing transformation, and retail media monetization. Responsibilities include full-cycle enterprise sales, account strategy development, leading conversations on customer data unification, lifecycle marketing, retention, loyalty, and first-party data activation. The role requires building executive relationships, developing ROI-driven business cases, and cross-functional collaboration with Solutions Consulting, Product Marketing, and Customer Success. Required experience includes 7-10+ years in enterprise sales within MarTech, CRM, CDP, or AdTech, success selling to retailers and eCommerce, expertise in CRM/CDP/lifecycle marketing platforms, and experience closing complex deals. Preferred qualifications include experience with loyalty platforms, personalization engines, marketing automation, retail media networks, and privacy-first data strategies.
