Zeta Global is hiring a Director of Application Security to lead and architect an AI-native, agent-driven Application Security function. This hands-on leadership role focuses on embedding security intelligence into the software development lifecycle, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-powered workflows. Responsibilities include defining the AI-native AppSec vision, designing operating models with security agents, mentoring teams, evolving continuous threat modeling, embedding security in IDEs and CI workflows, leading AI-specific adversarial testing, and fostering a security culture. Candidates should have 5-10+ years in AppSec, DevSecOps, or secure software development, strong knowledge of OWASP, cloud-native systems, API security, familiarity with AI/ML security risks, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
