Zeta Global is hiring a Director of Application Security to lead and architect an AI-native, agent-driven Application Security function. This hands-on leadership role focuses on embedding security intelligence into the software development lifecycle, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-powered workflows. Responsibilities include defining the AI-native AppSec vision, designing operating models with security agents, leading threat modeling and adversarial testing, embedding security into developer tools, and fostering a security culture. Candidates should have 5-10+ years in AppSec, DevSecOps, or secure software development, strong knowledge of OWASP, cloud-native systems, API security, and familiarity with AI/ML security risks.
