Full job description

Director, Agency Partnerships responsible for developing and nurturing account teams at largest holding companies and ad agencies across all verticals. Engage with Account Directors and teams to ensure strong relationships and successful media campaign activation. Manage projects, grow accounts, and assist new business growth to meet revenue goals. Maintain relationships with agency account teams representing top global brands. Develop tailored solutions with internal teams. Prioritize accounts and create engagement plans. Lead activation of programmatic and private marketplace deals to meet revenue targets. Stay informed on industry trends and advise clients. Relay new business requirements to Product team. Maintain customer info in Salesforce.

What you'll do

  • Engage with Account Directors and their teams to ensure strong relationships and successful media campaign activation
  • Proactively communicate with agency teams and manage projects
  • Grow accounts and assist in new business growth to meet revenue goals
  • Maintain strong relationships with advertising agency account teams representing top global brands
  • Review opportunities to develop tailored solutions with internal teams
  • Strategically prioritize accounts and create engagement plans for quarterly and annual goals
  • Lead activation of programmatic opportunities and private marketplace deals to meet revenue targets
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advise clients on best practices and innovative solutions
  • Capture and relay new business requirements to Product team
  • Maintain customer relationships and key information in Salesforce and share voice-of-customer internally

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related marketing field
  • 4 to 8 years experience in media buying, programmatic advertising at a brand, agency, or holding company
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills
  • Proficiency in using Google Slides and PowerPoint with strong project management skills
  • Driven and strong customer-facing skills to ensure positive customer experiences
