Full job description
Director, Agency Partnerships – NORAM to lead and grow North America agency portfolio revenue. Player-coach role with individual and team revenue targets. Responsibilities include managing strategic agency relationships, driving revenue growth, deal strategy, negotiation, and closing complex deals. Lead and coach a pod of Agency Development Partners, maintain pipeline and forecasting accuracy, and collaborate cross-functionally. Requirements include extensive enterprise sales leadership, deal closing experience, forecasting skills, executive presence, and ability to operate in ambiguity. Lead and coach a pod of Agency Development Partners, setting clear expectations around pipeline quality, deal execution, and revenue contribution
Personally own and advance priority opportunities while modeling strong sales fundamentals, including qualification, account planning, and close discipline
Inspect deals, provide hands-on coaching, and raise execution standards across the pod
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene, using data to drive prioritization and decision-making
Partner with Sales Ops and Enablement to improve repeatability, role clarity, and commercial consistency across the agency motion
Provide structured feedback to Product and Leadership based on frontline commercial learnings from agencies and clients
Requirements
Proven experience leading enterprise or agency-led sales motions with clear ownership of revenue outcomes
Demonstrated success operating as a player-coach, carrying a personal quota while leading others to deliver against shared targets
Strong deal leadership experience, including closing complex, multi-party opportunities
Experience forecasting, inspecting pipeline, and holding teams accountable to commercial goals
Executive presence with the ability to balance partnership credibility and commercial rigor
Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure where it does not yet exist
