Monitor team performance, proactively identifying risks, removing roadblocks, and driving operational improvements
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Campaign Management, Marketing, and Operations to improve workflows and support client success
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and support executive-level advertiser engagements
Partner with Product, Sales, Campaign Management, and Marketing to align on client priorities and growth opportunities
Leverage advertiser insights and market feedback to inform business decisions and improve the client experience
Champion best practices that strengthen commercial execution and operational excellence across the Advertiser Success organization
Requirements
8+ years of experience managing and growing enterprise advertiser or brand relationships within digital advertising, performance marketing, search, AdTech, or commerce media
Experience selling directly to brands with a proven track record of growing existing business through upselling, renewals, and budget expansion
Experience selling performance media solutions and translating advertiser goals into measurable business outcomes
3+ years of experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing customer-facing teams
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to conduct needs analyses, identify opportunities, and position solutions that align with client objectives
Experience negotiating commercial agreements and building long-term executive relationships
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders both internally and externally
Analytical mindset with the ability to use performance data and insights to shape client strategy and identify growth opportunities
Collaborative approach with experience partnering across Sales, Product, Campaign Management, Marketing, and Operations
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
