Full job description

Director, Account Management Lead role at Pacvue. Lead a team managing enterprise client accounts, driving customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and adoption of Pacvue's eCommerce platform. Responsibilities include client relationship management, strategic planning, data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, performance reporting, and contract negotiation. Requires 10+ years experience in account management or client success with leadership and enterprise sales targets. Strong analytical, communication, and strategic thinking skills needed. Remote role with preference for NYC or Chicago. Salary range $240,000-$270,000+ OTE. What you'll do

  • Lead a team of account managers to drive customer satisfaction and increase Pacvue adoption
  • Serve as primary point of contact for partners, fostering strong trust-based relationships
  • Build and nurture long-term, high-value partnerships to drive client success and revenue growth
  • Act as strategic consultant offering expert guidance on eCommerce best practices and performance optimization
  • Analyze client data to uncover insights and recommend solutions aligned with business objectives
  • Partner with clients on joint strategy sessions and lead development and execution of eCommerce strategies
  • Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Execute Business Reviews and retention/expansion forecasting with enterprise pipeline rigor
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to advocate for client needs
  • Partner with senior leadership to shape strategic direction of account management function
  • Own performance and strategic direction of account management including multi-year revenue targets and team development
  • Track and report on client performance, providing analysis and actionable recommendations
  • Monitor KPIs to ensure client success and suggest strategy adjustments
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to executive-level audiences to influence decisions
  • Advocate passionately for client success ensuring highest level of service and support
  • Help clients maximize value of Pacvue tools to enhance eCommerce advertising results
  • Negotiate and sign contracts for renewals or expansion opportunities

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Consulting
  • Demonstrated leadership of teams and ownership of enterprise-level revenue targets
  • Proven experience working with large enterprise clients and managing high-stakes partnerships
  • Experience with assigned Sales or Revenue targets and ability to consistently meet and exceed goals
  • Highly analytical with ability to interpret complex data and extract actionable insights
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to influence executive-level audiences
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities
  • Strategic thinker who can proactively identify growth opportunities and improve client outcomes
  • Comfortable with change and thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
