Vistar Media seeks a mid to senior Digital & Motion 3D Designer for its Amsterdam office. The role involves translating advertiser marketing goals into high-impact digital campaigns on DOOH screens. Responsibilities include creative concepting, end-to-end production of digital creatives with advanced 3D assets and motion, creating presentations, managing project scopes and timelines, and collaborating with global teams. Requirements include 5+ years experience in digital, motion, or 3D design, expert proficiency in Blender, mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop), experience with Figma preferred, and ability to use generative AI tools. The candidate must demonstrate autonomy, leadership, and professional English skills. What you'll do

  • Translate complex briefs into cohesive, high-quality creative concepts and solutions
  • Design and execute premium digital creatives including advanced 3D assets, motion and static
  • Create presentations demonstrating creative ideas and rationale
  • Manage complex project scopes, set realistic timelines, and independently drive multiple projects to completion under tight deadlines
  • Collaborate closely with fellow designers, account, and sales teams to develop high-quality creative solutions

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a digital, motion, or 3D designer
  • High proficiency in Blender with a strong portfolio showcasing 3D motion design
  • Ability to leverage generative AI tools and effective prompting to accelerate design workflows
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects and Photoshop
  • Experience designing and wireframing in Figma is highly preferred
  • Ability to lead creative discussions with internal stakeholders
  • Handle client feedback professionally
  • Manage medium-term projects with minimal supervision
  • Professional mastery of English language, both verbal and written
