Full job description

The Digital Media Specialist will work hands-on with Adform's Data Management Platform (DMP) to support clients and partners by troubleshooting data issues, managing accounts, assisting with reporting tools and data imports, and supporting integrations with other advertising platforms. Responsibilities include educating and supporting clients on platform features, managing data audiences, collaborating with product and development teams, troubleshooting platform issues, delivering trainings, and working with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues. Requirements include troubleshooting skills, collaboration, excellent English communication, experience with help desk tools (Zendesk, JIRA, ServiceNow), and the ability to explain complex topics simply. Preferred experience includes CRM or CDP systems, and knowledge of Amazon S3, APIs, S2S, cookies, and Google Analytics. What you'll do

  • Serve as subject matter expert on Adform’s DMP by educating and supporting agencies, advertisers, and data partners on platform features
  • Assist clients in creating, managing, and organizing data audiences
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to share feedback and suggest platform improvements
  • Troubleshoot and remove blockers related to the platform
  • Deliver internal and external trainings on the platform as needed
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to investigate and resolve complex technical issues

Requirements

  • Proven troubleshooting skills and ability to analyze and resolve complex client issues
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with cross functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
  • Experience working with help desk tools such as Zendesk, JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar
  • Ability to explain complex topics in a clear and simple way
  • Enjoy helping others and working as part of a team
  • Experience working with CRM systems or Customer Data Platforms (CDP) is a plus
  • Background in Advertising, IT, Networks, DBMS, or Programming is a plus
  • Knowledge or familiarity with Amazon S3, APIs, S2S, cookies, Google Analytics is a plus
