Full job description

Digital Media Specialist role involves supporting clients in using the Adform platform to set up and optimize digital advertising campaigns. Responsibilities include technical support, campaign implementation, platform administration, client education on DSP/Ad Serving products, troubleshooting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Requirements include troubleshooting skills, teamwork, excellent English communication, experience with help desk software (Zendesk, JIRA, ServiceNow), digital campaign management, and knowledge of ad tech platforms (Ad servers, DSPs, DMPs). Experience with programmatic campaigns and ad tech agencies is a plus. The position is full-time, on-site in Vilnius, Lithuania, offering a salary range of 1700 to 2000 EUR gross per month and benefits including healthcare, family benefits, wellness programs, and social initiatives.

What you'll do

  • Provide technical support to clients via email and chat in a timely and accurate manner
  • Implement and manage client’s digital ad campaigns within the Adform platform from uploading banners to implementing different marketing strategies
  • Perform platform administration tasks
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Adform's DSP/ Ad Serving products by educating and assisting clients on how to use platform features
  • Troubleshoot client’s requests to eliminate blockers that prevent successful ad campaign performance and delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve complex technical issues and provide solutions

Requirements

  • Proven troubleshooting skills including the ability to analyze and resolve complex client’s issues quickly
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English language)
  • Experience working with help desk software, such as Zendesk, JIRA, ServiceNow or similar
  • Experience with running and optimizing digital advertising campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of ad tech platforms, including Ad servers, DSPs, and DMPs
