Full job description
Manage infrastructure operations for application teams including hardware, networking, virtual infrastructure, server and VM configurations, and storage. Support application teams and ensure proper maintenance. Create and manage Virtual Machines, server configurations, and storage volume deployments. Respond to help requests and system alerts. Automate routine tasks such as patching, service restarts, and data volume refreshes. Define and implement automated provisioning strategies using Terraform or Ansible. Configure alerts and telemetry dashboards using Prometheus and Grafana. Requires 1-3 years experience in infrastructure administration, proficiency in automation languages (Python, Bash, Go), ability to provide feedback and shift priorities. Work hours typically 2PM-11PM IST with occasional later hours and initial training on US Eastern time.
